Cancellation Policy

At Fiona Chadwick Counselling & Psychotherapy, I value and respect my clients’ time, and I ask the same in return. To ensure fairness and allow availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. Notice Period for Cancellations

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client in need.

  1. Late Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

  1. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

  1. Emergency Exceptions

I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of illness, bereavement, or other exceptional situations, cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.

  1. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible via phone, email, or text.

  1. Payment and Enforcement

Cancellation fees are payable before the next scheduled session. Future appointments may not be booked until outstanding fees are settled.

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
