About me

I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in North Tipperary. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP), and I work to their code of ethics. I continually seek professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices. My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from various modalities to tailor our sessions to your needs.
